The window is rapidly closing for download of the English 5728 build, as Microsoft near their targeted download quantity. If you've not yet downloaded the build, I would suggest doing so today.

The 5600 build should still be available after build 5728 closes to the public.

I am currently downloading Build 5728.
However, this is my question regardign this"upgrade".
Do I need to install build 5600 first?
Will build 5600, through automatic updates by Microsoft, still get the same "improvements" that 5728 touts?

No. You can clean instal 5728.

No. Microsoft is not making any guarantees vis a vis updates / upgrades /
upgrade paths with 5728.

There is no reason to install 5600 before 5728.
Skip 5600.

Ihe changes/improvements in 5728 will not be included in Windows Update,
that is not the purpose of Windows Update.
