Virtual Printer Driver

Hi,

I want to develop Virtual Printer Driver but I am new to
driver development so Please tell from where I should
take start and which books will be helpful to me. I have
searched alot of books but none of them tells any thing
about printer drivers.

It is urgent request so plz help me.
