Additional Driver for NT4

I have a problem to add additinal printer driver for NT4 on a Windows2003
printer server.
I followed all the instructions, ->Right click the printer and click
Properties->On the Sharing Tab, click Additional Drivers->In the Additional
Drivers dialog box, select NT4 and click OK-> THEN IT REQUIRE to SEPCIFY THE
LACTION OF THE DRIVER, I try to use Windows2003 OS cd and HP install CD and
the driver I downloaded from HP web site. But none of them works, error pop
out
"Windows cannot locate a suitable printer dirver. Contact your
administrator for help location and installing a suitable driver"
I don't know why the drivers don't work. Where can I find the driver??? Same
thing happened on HP LaserJet 2100, 4000.........
Please help.
Or tell me how did you add the additional drivers for NT4 on Win2000/2003
printer server.

Unfortunately there are some significant compatiblity issues between NT 4
and 2000/2003/XP printer drivers, including different "names" for the same
printer models that create problems in these kinds of mixed OS environments.
