I have had an issue with my 2003 print server,I am trying
to install nt4 drivers for hp 4100n printer 4200n
printer - when I go to additional drivers I get the
message unsuitable driver. Someone please tell me if
there is a group police I need to change or a reg setting
to enable the installation of nt4 print drivers - its
driving me mad!!

It's a group policy that one can set on the local system. You can use
gpedit.msc to change Administrative Templates / Printers / Disallow
installation on printers using Kernel-mode drivers
