virtual PC

Joe Smith

I am trying to install Virtual PC, but I can not invoke the virtual Switch.

When i install Virtual PC, the preference section states:
Virtual Switch Not Available

PCs that are configured to use the Virtual Switch network setting and allow
external routiner will use the network adapter sepcified in this panel.

The Virtual Switch feature is not available because the Virtual PC Emulated
Ethernet Switch driver is disabled or not installed.

Under Network Preferences I do not have the VPC ethernet connection.

How can I enable the Virtual Switch feature?

I am running XP with SP1.

Thanks
Bob Sanders
