Virtual Memory too low HELP!

G

Graeme

My PC keeps on loading up with no Virtual Memory even
though it is set to Custom Initial: 288, Max: 576.

The Pagefile.sys file was missing altogether, I tried
creating a Pagefile.sys in the C:\ drive 0 bytes size.

No Luck!

Please help!

I have tried that item 315270 before, it makes no
difference.

My problem is that i had no pagefile.sys, i had to create
it but may not have done the correct way it is still zero
bytes, even after trying to alter size.
Windows sets up a temporary pagefile somewhere and
ignores my correct settings.

Open Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and look for an entry for
the Intel Application Accelerator. If it is listed then select it and
click on Add/Remove to uninstall it. Reboot the computer and your
problem should be resolved.

And if the Intel Application Accelerator was installed then you should
go to www.intel.com and download the latest version of the Intel
Application Accelerator and install it.
