Virtual Machine/Virtual PC or equivalent needed

I have a old Linkword language tutor disk, originally it was for Win
3.1 but it will run on 95+ 98, it won't even load under W2KProf. This
disk has all the available languages on it so I really want to get it
going.

As far as I have been able to discover the best way to do it would be
by running under a virtual machine.

Any body know were I can get a legit copy of the above or an equivalent
program( hint free is good )?

OR how I could create a VM for the Free VM player?

Many Thanks Alan

PS I DONT want to dual boot :)
