Viewing photo - error message

Ever since installing SP2 I get an error message "JPEG is not a valid win32
application"when viewing dig photos. To view the photos i have to right click
& select windows picture viewer to open the file. Very annoying. Any
suggestions.

No. Didnt work. Tryed the amendments as suggested but still the same error
message appears.
