Viewing E-mail Addresses

Outlook 2003 has seemingly stored email addresses of those I received
messages from as I have not made these entries. When I begin to enter a
recipient's name on composing a new message, the program recognizes and
completes it automatically in the "To" frame. How does one display the names
and addresses that Outlook uses for this? The information is not visible in
any of the address book or contact folders.

That is the Autocomplete cache created from addresses you have typed into your address field. It is all contained in a .nk2 file. See http://www.ingressor.com for assistance with reading this file.
