When I try to "view source" on a website, nothing
happens. Notepad doesn't pop up and there is no error
message. Nothing. Please help.

Thanks so much DVarnau. It worked like a charm. I
should tell the guys at tech support who I just spent 45
minutes on the phone with and had no idea how to help.
Amazing. Thanks.

Leisa,
First, clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF
folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.) Bigger isn't necessarily better.

If you have a shortcut to Notepad.exe on the desktop, rename it.
