View Source Has Quit Working

When I try to View Source nothing happens. Until recently View Source
would display the source in Notepad. Now, when I click this function
nothing happens -- nothing.

Anybody know how to correct this?

Hi,
First, clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF
folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)

If you have a shortcut to Notepad.exe on the desktop, rename it.

Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can cause this. Frank
Saunders reports that this registry edit is the fix for that:

Thanks. Clearing the cache files seems to have done it. I've paid
little attention to this and it now keeps 500 meg. I reduced that to
250 and if it happens again I'll keep cutting it in half until it
stops happening.

Thanks again.
