"View Source" not working

When I right-click and select 'View Source' nothing happens. Also when I go to the 'View' menu and choice 'Source' on there, nothing happens
Can anyone help

FYI: IE uses NOTEPAD.EXE to look at page source.

To test: Start Menu/Run.. enter NOTEPAD and OK. If this
doesn't load NOTEPAD then this is probably why it's not
working.

If Notepad is working OK on your system then I can't offer
much more.

Try clearing your temporary internet files, that worked
