video/picture

I am trying to insert a video clip in such a manner in that a still picture
will show on the site and when the mouse curser is moved over the picture,
the video clip starts. Any suggestions on how to accomplish? thanks

sure, are you using FrontPage 2003?
If so, you can use layers and behaviors to do this.
in particular, set a "set layer text" behavior on the mouseover event for
the image.
to put the video player code into the "set layer text" dialog you can just
configure your image on a "scratch" page like you normally would, then copy
and paste that code into the layer text dialog.
