vcard attachment is empty in e-mail

Whenever someone sends me a vcard, it comes in as an attachment to me, but
the attachment shows up as an empty e-mail. Vcards don't come in.

I am using Outlook 2003 on XP - SP2.

Sounds like they're not sending you a vCard .vcs file at all but are trying to send you an actual Outlook contact -- and not doing a very good job of it. Suggest that they use the Forward as vCard command to send you a vCard .vcs file.
