vcard issue

I am using outlook 2003 and would like to attach vcard via signature. I went
into tool, options, mail format and create a signature. but when i choose to
attach vcard from my contact, it cannot be done. the contact doesn't apprear
in my vcard option.

My contact display name doesn't contain any special character.

anything went wrong?

I have tried but still cannot. To troubleshoot, i repeat the same steps
again on another laptop and it just works.

any other outlook settings that I need to take note of?

Trying to get this right - other contacts appear but one you newly create
doesn't?
Are you using more than one Contacts folder?
Does you address book show with your entry ok? Click the To button when in a
new email form.
I only have Outlook 2007 here to check it with but when that dialog comes up
to choose the Contact see if you can click to change the "look in" folder.

I tried using GAL, my own contacts but both failed.

I have more than one contact folders.

My address book show my entry ok. I can see my contact via address book
when I compose email.
