vCard not see correctly when attached

I have a contact for myself at my company I have created. I have a custom
icon in the picture and Word text in the note area with company statement...
Ok so I setup a signature for new mail and with this signature a made a
vcard attachment, but when I view the vcard to see what it looks like it does
not have the icon picture or the proper text in the note area...the text is
basic and does not have the colors or format of my actual contact. Does
"creating a vCard" change anything in the creation. Can the vcard be edited
without hurting the contact view.

If you use Notepad to open the .vcf file saved in your Signatures folder, you'll see that it's just a text file that stores the data in a particular format, recognizable by any program that supports the vCard specification. Outlook's vCard implementation does not support pictures or some other features. If it's not saving the note, you are probably using Outlook 2003 and need to apply SP1.

ok, this is brand new computer and I have run update for office so I believe
I have the sp1 update. As for using notepad to open the vcard, i will check
and let you know, I am using only MS word fonts for the notes area of my
contact info.
thanks I will look at it again.

OK...I have looked at the vCard again...When I look at the properties of the
vCard it takes me to the view I have in my contact, but the view I get when I
open the vCard that is attached to my out bound mail it has been simplified
and there is nothing that can be done so they look the same? [i.e., font
style, color, picture....]

Open it in Notepad if you want to see exactly hwat is being sent. Again, pictures are not supported.

You can check your Outlook version in the Help | About dialog.
