VCard using the picture

am using Outlook 2007. Everytime I insert a picture into a VCard using the
picture button, save the Vcard, and re-open the Vcard the picture does not
save.

Is it possible to attach a picture to a VCard?If so, How?

The picture should save in the Contact entry and show up in Business Card
view. Sometimes it doesn't stick until you change views and back again.
