When using MSAS to another account i receive a Window Antispyware Notice: A
Change to the Default user folder requires your approval.
Microsoft Antispyware has detected your default user folder(shell folder)
AppData attempting to be change from %USERPROFILE%\Application Dat to
%APPDATA%.

Can anyone around here explain what the notice is about? and is this normal
when using MSAS to another account?

NOTE: By allow any changes, I meant DO NOT block the change. When changing
accounts, the app compares the current user's settings to the adminstrator
account's settings that installed the app. If anythings differ, the app asks
if you want to Allow the change or Block the change. By blocking the change,
this account's (other than the administrator account that installed the app)
settings and folders (along with files) are linked to the administrator
account that installed the app.

The data actually isn't lost.

The only workaround is to fix the registry.

When a user blocks the change, some registry keys are changed. Those
changes end up changing the folders that the Favorites and the like point to.
In other words, this accounts Favorites folder not points to the
adminstrator (one that installed the app) account's Favorites folder.

I'm not certain what registry keys are changed, but searching the registry
might find those keys.

BIG NOTE: Only attempt changes of the registry once you have backed up the
registry. Mot doing so can cause irreprible harm to the registry and your
system.
