User Rights Problem

Jane

I sometimes get a net.exe error when I logoff, although I
have Windows XP divided up into 3 loggins I use one PC
and do not have a network.

I recently installed Quickbooks Pro 2004 and used it
several times with no problems. Today when trying to
open it up from my desktop I got the following User
Access Rights Problem Message: Your user account for
Windows was created with Restricted access to system
resources. This will prevent QuickBooks from operating
properly. Please contact your system administrator and
ask him or her to grant you Standard user rights.

I would appreciate any advice you could give.
