user of windows 2000 advance server unable to voice chat

at ho we are using windows 2000 advance server as server
and there are three workstations .
on the server computer voice chat is working for msn
or yahoo messenger but workstations are unable to voice
chat on either msn or yahoo messenger ,

I wanted to how all the three system connected to the internet, May be you
are using the proxy server application software on the server and work
station are connected to internet trough the server. If you are not
configuring the proxy to allow the port the client cannot use chat service

Give me more details about the internet connectivity
