Use Palm in Other Address Book Types?

The Outlook address book often creates repeat contacts, so I prefer to use
the Palm address book on Palm Desktop. Is there a way to connect to Palm
Desktop directly from Outlook XP? There's an "Additional Address Books"
option when creating an Outlook address book and I was wondering if there is
a Palm module that can be installed or configured. I'd rather not do a
one-time import via CSV or syncing directly with Palm. It would be nice to
be able to connect directly to Palm desktop and have emails auto-fill in the
To and BC boxes, etc.

AFAIK, Palm does not include such a component for Outlook.
