How do I import Palm Address Book entries into Outlook Contacts?

I have an old Palm and I would like to transfer the address book entries into
my outlook contacts list. Is there a way to do this? I didn't see an
import/export feature for Palm addresses to Outlook. Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem. I have managed to export the contact data
from the Palm to Excel, so now the question becomes how do i import an Excel
file into the Outlook contacts folder?

I tried it once and ended up with only exporting the names, but none of the
data. Is there somewhere i can read up on how to do this?
