uploading a quicktime link to vista

have a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage http error 403
(forbidden)" when i double click on a link to listen to a www.gsradio.net
mp3. I was told it was a quicktime file so i downloaded the latest version,
still nothing.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

nothing about quicktime
others use Real Player (ram extension file)
