upload pictures to pc

I have a sony cyber-shot camera and when I upgraded to
the service pack #2 I have to jump through hoops to get
my pictures on my computer. Before the upgrade all I had
to do was plug the usb into the computer and the camera
and simply turn on the camera and the wizard would appear.
Now the only way to save the pictures to my computer is
through "My Computer" and to move each picture one at a
time. This is very nerve racking. I have contacted sony
about this problem and they advised me that since it
worked untill I did the XP upgrade to contact microsoft
for support. Can someone help me please?

something about this problem so your be ok just cant
remember where but your in the right place

I had the same problem and thought it was because of installing service pack
2 but after researching I found it was caused by upgrading to real player#
10. I deleted Real Player #10 and that eliminated the problem.

thanks for the thought but i do not use real player and
an still having the problem
