unwanted window appears when i turn on computer

A window appears when i turn on my computer that reads:
"Windows cannot find C\WINDOWS\system32\cfaksqik\csrss.exe Make sure
you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file,
click the start button, and then click search.."

When I click "Okay," or i close the window another window appears that reads:
'Could no load C\WINDOWS\system32\cfaksqik\csrss.exe specified in the
registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the
reference to it in the registry."

I have checked... and the file does not exist... How do I remove it from
the registry..
....or what should i do?

Scan your Sys on line at eg Trend Micro, or Symantec
Download update and run MS Defender, SpyBot, Adaware - all free
Theres a distinct possibilty that your sys is infected
Use all of the above

Looks like you have had a worm on your system.
The file is gone but the entry in the registry to run it it is still there

This article shows you how to clean up the registry entry

You need to be aware that many different worms have used this file as an
infection point
Make sure your AV is up to date and scan the whole system
