Unknown Error

when i try to capture a video from my Canon Elura 60 DV camcorder it tells me
that I have an Unknown Error. I captured video previous to this successfully
but now it will not let me.

How are you connecting? Is this just the same as before? Have you added any
apps/updates/hardware etc since it worked last?
