unistall service pack 4

Service pack 4 conflicts with autodesk viz according to
the manufacturer. Service pack 4 came installed on my new
computer. How do I uninstall it and run service pack 3?

You can only remove it if you chose to archive the files during setup. To
uninstall it goto COTROL PANEL->ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and there choose to
uninstall Windows 2000 SP4.
If you cannot find it there then head here:
C:\WINNT\$NtServicePackUninstall$\spuninst. In that directory open
'spuninst.exe' and this will start the uninstall (in this example
c:\=systemdrive).
If you use the second option please be sure have Windows enabled to show
'Hidden Files and Folders'. (TOOLS->FOLDER OPTIONS->VIEW..)
