Unistall Pro and go back to Home edition?

I just got a new computer with XP pro installed. I thought it would be
like the home edition and allow me to install it on my other computer.
I was wrong. Apaprently only one computer can have it on
(Activation). So I'd like to unistall the pro vesion and go back to
the home edition. Is there a simple way to do that since Home was
already installed and I did the upgrade for pro?

Thanks

Contrary to the other post - the only way to go from Professional Windows XP
to Home Edition Windows XP is a clean install...

Also - all Windows releases (for a LONG time) have been 'one license is one
working installation on one computer.' If you desire to install any Windows
OS on more than one computer - you need multiple licenses.

Something iffy here; sound like your Home version is a 'bent' copy
Any version of win* can only be installed / in use on a single PC. (assuming
you dont have a volume licence)
An OEM version of win* is tied to the PC it was origonally installed on
