Undelete My Contact Folder

Under my contacts I accidently deleted an address book folder. This is not a distribution list. I have many folders created. If I go to mail tab under deleted items it does not show up to restore.

If I go back to my contacts and create a new folder under select where you want to place folder the it shows up under deleted items, but there is nothing I can do with it.

If I go to tools Address Book the delete address book is there with contacts, but I can't restore it back under My Contacts.

Can someone help?.

What is an address book folder?
Do you mean a Contacts Folder?
If you deleted it and it does not appear in your Deleted Items Folder,
you'll need to restore it from your most recent backup.
You should never use the Address Book view to edit or manipulate Contact
data.

I have the exact same problem. When I look in the "Deleted Item" folder, I don't see the contact group I need to restore. But if I create a new group folder, in the dialog box I can see the contact group I want to restore in "Deleted Item".

How do I restore from my most recent backup? I haven't close my outlook yet nor have I emptied the deleted item folder yet, fearing I might lose it forever.

If the backup is a file with the PST extension, simply open it from the
Outlook file menu then copy the items you want from it by drag and drop from
the navigation pane. When you have what you want, Right click the file in
the navigation pane and close the file again.
