address book question

My contacts are not showing up in my address book. If I go to Tools > EMAIL
Accounts> View directory a directory shows up as outlook Address Book in MAPI
type. Under change the actual folder is listed as Contacts: Personal
folders.
If I right click on Contacts and go to Properties the "show this folder as
an address book" is checked. Everything should show up, right? Wrong.
If I open Address book the names show up as Zeros. The folder listed is
outlook Address book> Contacts
So what am I doing wrong ?
