Unattended shutdown

I am trying to shutdown a W2000 Professional Desktop
computer, while it is unattended. I do not have the
resource kit, which has the shutdown.exe program, and if I
did, I am not sure how I could automate that to work
with "Scheduled Tasks". I tried looking in NT folder for
any kind of shutdown program, and couldn't find it. Any
help is appreciated.
