unable to voice chat

I can no longer voice chat on yahoo.com. I was able to
in the past but now it states, when attempting to do
this,"audio compression format not found or incorrect".
Something to that effect. I then ran a voice test in the
sound and audio area of the control panel and I get an
erro message "0x80004005". After clicking on "OK" I then
get another message that says "Unable to locate
DsvSetup.exe Go to the add/remove panel to install" I did
this and cannot find it. I have installed a soundblaster
Audigy LS soundcard. I had no problems after the
installation and this problem only recently came up.
Please help. Thomas

After having a similar problem, I ended up reloading (actually,
updating...) the drivers for my audio card.

Then I also updated my codec's -- but I did this at the same time; I'm
not 100% sure which one was the real fix.
