Unable to Setup Windows

Hi All,

When i try to setup windows professional, it is displaying an Error message that Setup Cannot Copy the File and it is giving an options for retry, skip and exit. I've tried with another Win2000 professional CD. But its displaying the Same error msg. For XP also I'm getting the Same Error msg. I can't Format the Drive So that the drives got very important Data of mine. I'll be thankful to anyone to help me in this issue.
