Hi,
We use Outlook 2003, and everyday an Excel spreadsheet called Cover is sent
to all staff. One recipient can not open or save this file, or indeed any
Excel file send with the name Cover. All other Excel files open correctly. If
the user creates an Excel file called Cover and mails it as an attachment to
themselves it does not open. When trying to save the Cover spreadsheet an
error message about permissions is displayed. This user could open the files
two weeks ago, but can not now. I have looked through everything I can think
of in Outlook, but nothing I can see will fix this.
Any ideas?
