i am unable to open multiple IE window.
please assist me to how i can able my system to have multiple IE windows.

Go to your IE and open it
Go to the top where you see

Tools and >Advanced and then> *Untick

'Reuse windows for launching shortcuts'
and you should be able to have all your windows open....
