Unable to email attachments

Please could somebody advise me as to whether there is
a known problems with Vista Mail not sending attachments?

An error message pops up yet it still sends the email but NOT
the attachment.

Disable all email scanning by your anti-virus application.

Thank you for your reply. Fortunately it seems to
be working ok this morning so guess the problem
was with the ISP. However, I appreciate your advice
on being more liberal with details when I post a query.
