Unable to create vpn connection

Hi,

When I try to create a vpn connection, I choose the "connect to my
workplace" option - but on the next screen, both options are greyed out??

Why is this

Hi,
Open Help and Support and in search type in:VPN /Make a VPN Connection
try:-
Start > Run and type: Msconfig > Select "Normal Startup", apply and
reboot.
