Unable to create VPN after XP Home to Pro upgrade

I had XP Home and upgraded to XP Pro for the specific purpose of being able
to VPN to work. However, after the upgrade when I choose "connect to the
network at my workplace" and click the next screen, both options (Dial up
connection and Virtual Private Network connection) is grayed out. Does
anyone know why this feature was not enabled on this upgrade. I used a legit
VLK to upgrade the machine.

I have the same problem with the "greyed out options" in XP Pro. Di
you find the problem
