Unable to configure Outlook XP

I continue to receive an error message of: An unknown error occured, error
code: 0x9004010f when attempting to configure Outlook 2002 from Microsoft XP.

I have uninstalled Office 2003 with Outlook 2003 and Office XP and
reinstalled Office XP with Outlook 2002 and continue to receive the same
error message.

I need to use Outlook 2002 because the exchange server for the company I am
attempting to log into does not support Outlook 2003. How do I remove all
traces of Outlook 2003 in order to re-install Outlook 2002
