MAPI32.DLL corrupt or wrong version

I acquired a new HP desktop, installed Office 2002, uninstalled it
installed Office 2003 with Outlook. Outlook in 2002 worked, but a
error message comes up when trying to open Outlook 2003: -Cannot star
MS Outlook, MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This coul
have been caused by installing othe messaging software. Pleas
reinstall Outlok.- I reinstalled successfully but it still does no
work.
