Unable to add mailbox

Hi,

I am having a problem in adding a mailbox to my account.
I am using outlook 2003.
I have followed steps mentioned in outlook documentation:

Tools > Email Accounts > View or Change existing email accounts >
Change > More Settimgs > Advanced Tab.....
Here in Advances tab, the "Add" button is not appearing.

Please help in resolving this problem.

Assuming not a corporate installation,
Tried Mail applet in Control Panel - Add Account?
or Tools>Accounts>Add

I am not sure about the installation, but I feel its a corporate only.

I have tried in both the ways from Contro Panel and Tools > Accounts.

We are selecting IMAP in "Server Type", whilw configuring email
account. Is that a problem?

To add another IMAP mailbox, you must add a new email account.
