Adding Mailbox to Outlook 2003

Hey all,

Ive done this before sucessfully in outlook, never in 2003 though so
maybe I'm just missing something?!

I have my primary Exchange email account setup, and I want to add
another mailbox to it so I can monitor another mail.

I go to: - Tools - Email accounts - View/change - Change - More
Settings - Advanced Tab - Add -

THIS is where it becomes a problem, it seems to find the other account
on the exchange fine, adds it into the box.. I look on my file tree on
the left side of outlook and I can see the "mailbox - sales" there but
when I click on it is comes up with:

"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not
access the specified folder location."

This is weird because I have another user who is connected to the
mailbox fine, using the same settings and everything EXCEPT he is using
oultook 2000?!?!

On the Exchange server the properties and security and everything are
set up exactly the same for each user as well?!?!

What could this be?!

Thanks!!

It is shared as far as I know, One user has it connected to his
personal mailbox in outlook, I just cant seem to get the other user to
be able to view it through his outlook....
