Outlook Address Book tab...

What do I need to do to show the "Outlook Address Book" tab when I
right-click a contacts list and choose "properties"? For some reason I
can't see it on a mailbox I added through "Tools" --> "E-mail Accounts" -->
"View or change existing e-mail accounts" --> "Change" --> "More
Settings" --> "Advanced" Someone please shed some light... TIA.

State your Outlook version.
State more clearly what you did and what happened.
Are we to assume you are running against Exchange Server and that you
restarted Outlook after you added the Outlook Address Book Service?

My bad... I am running Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP3. I have added
the Outlook Address Book service and restarted Outlook. What happens is
that the "Outlook Address Book" tab isn't there when I right click on a
contacts list and choose properties. Do I need to clarify on anything else?

Is this "contacts list" a Contacts Folder in your mailbox or something else?

That is correct. It is a folder of "Contact Items"

Never seen your problem reproduced. Any other information you can give to
explain why your situation is unique?
