More address books question

Tools->E-mail Accounts, select View or change existing directories or address
books.
Then it displays Outlook Address Book under Name. I removed this, but it
doesn't appear to affect any contacts I have in my Contacts view area. What
is this supposed to be another different Address Book?

I'm going to answer both posts in this message.

First Post: Sounds like you moved the PST file and/or swapped one out for
another. Selecting Tools > Email Accounts > View/Change existing
directories or address books > properties on Outlook Address book is the
place you want to go to remove both references to Personal Folders:Contacts.
OK your way out until you return to the main Outlook interface. Right click
on Contacts and go to the Outlook Address Book tab to reactivate the folder.

This post: Basically the Outlook Address Book is a service that can render
any contact folder as a virtual address book. Removing this service has no
effect on the data stored in any contact folder.

Yes I actually did replace my original PST file backed up from before I
re-installed the OS and software. Actually I found the problem. Turned out
that I need to re-start Outlook in order to view the changes.
