1. Known issue if you happened to include "FrontPage Server Extensions" component. Did you? If you did, I wonder how you managed to
add that component.

In case you want to read a little bit more about that issue:
http://groups.google.com/group/micr...d/browse_thread/thread/31f68f2b9038a06f?hl=en

2. Does you media where you deploy the image to have enough free space for the FBA to finish?
Or, related, if you target partition is too small to hold the "during-FBA" or "post-FBA" image.

Also, how does your FBALOG.TXT look like?

That explains the first issue. As I already mentioned, please read through this thread:
http://groups.google.com/group/micr...d/browse_thread/thread/31f68f2b9038a06f?hl=en

Basically I intentiaonally left the "FrontPage Server Extensions" component in the XPProEmulation since the image serves debugging
purposes, not production.
And i chose default size for FBWF i,e, 64MB and MY DOM
size is 1GB and RAM size is 512 .
In my case FBA process took nearly 57 minutes .I just metion last step of My

You should be actually running the image through FBA on a HDD.
1G may not be enough fit for such huge image like XPProEmulation. Any particular reason you've chosen XPProEmulation? You may want
to remove some heavy components from that image config if you don't need them. For instance, ASP.Net, .Net Framework, etc.
