Unable to access Computer Management

I am trying to access Computer Management but get the message:
The snap-in is not created, it may not be installed properly.
Name: Computer Management
CLSID:{58221C67-EA27-11CF-ADCF-00AA00A80033}

How can I re-install this snap-in?
The PATH variable does have the ....\system32\wbec folder in it.
This error occurred before I installed SP2 but is still there with SP@

Have a read of the follow KB, it applies to Windows 2K however the same
process should apply to XP:

Other then that you can try and do a System File Check,

Start > Run > "SFC /SCANNOW"
