Un-install Office Proff / Excel 2003

Rahul Patel

Hello!

Does anybody know how I can un-install Office Proff /
Excel 2003 completely - WITH ALL ENTRIES IN THE REGISTRY.

It seemd Add/Remove programs does not do the full job.

I am getting error in another Microsoft product (Great
Plains Accounting Software) - "Error 48, Error in loading
DLL." and the 2nd error is "Run time error '91' Object
Variable or With block variable not set."

Great Plains Tech support says to un-install Off Proff
2003 completely and then re-install. They made me check
permissions on number of entries in the registry and also
check regmon and diskmon to see if there was any access
denied warning. No such warning. Have tried to re-
install no. of times keep getting the same error.
Otherwise excel on its own works perfect.

Any help / guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Rahul

Thank you Peo for your quick response.

I found the following on the link you sent:

IMPORTANT: The Msicu.exe and Msicuu.exe utilities are not
supported on systems where Microsoft Windows Installer
2.0 or later is installed, including Microsoft Windows XP.

I am going to try to see if something is available on
share ware.

Thanks.

Hi Rahul!

I find that Norton's One Button Check finds a lot of these loose ends
in uninstalled programs. I'm sure there are other programs that do the
same or better.
