TV ON MY PC

This site is offered as a paid service by my ISP. I have all the
necessary "minimum requirements" and much more. The problem is
that when I hit the "Watch Now" button an IE6 error message "IE6
has encountered a problem and needs to close ..." within a box
with "Send Error Message", "Don't Send" appears. Once I hit
either of these boxes (I'm so frustrated I could put an axe
through the CPU) the windows all shut down. I've been round in
circles with my ISP, they tell me it's a problem with the
browser.

Can I diagnose and repair this problem on my
own--re-installing IE6 is useless, and none of my other running
programmes are the culprits, I've checked.

I have: WinXP (HE), AMD Athlon 2500+ processor, 40g HD,
512mb RAM, Zone Alarm (Free ed.), AVG (Free ed.).

Are you sure this is a problem with IE and not an issue with Zone Alarm?
You may have to add the site to the list of "trusted sites" in Zone Alarm.
You can check by disabling ZA for a couple of minutes while you try to use
the site. If it works with ZA disabled, you have your culprit. Immediately
enable Zone Alarm after this quick check.
