can't access my webmail from new pc

Robert

just got a new pc with XP home and IE6 sp2.
I load all of the usual web pages but the one particular I can't open is my
ISP's webmail (Videotron.ca). After I login. I get a blank page... nothing
else... just an icone in lower left with exclamation point. Double click
and dialogue box says (permission denied).

With Firefox, no problem (so it's not my firewall) and with my other older
PCs (WinME) no problem either.
I checked my security settings in IE and even lowered them to test, nothing.

My ISP won't help me saying the configuration of my PC is not their
problem...

help please
Robert

done that too... I'm really scratching my head on this one as all other web
sites including my own sites appear normaly. If and when I do find the
remedy, I'll let you know.

Ok got it...
I deactivated Zonealarm, reactivated XP firewall... I can access the page.
Unactivated XP firewall and reactivated Zonealarm... Works!!
Strange how Zonealarm may have been the culprit when it worked all along
with Firefox and not IE6...
