Turning off "boink" when loading web page

Many web sites have an obnoxious boinking sound when they've finished
loading. How do I turn it off???

I've already unchecked the play sounds box in tools>internet
options>multimedia without any effect..

Thank You.

At least one popup stopper does that when it blocks a popup.

By god, I think I've found it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did a search on c: drive for all *.wav. Then I moved the result
list into my WinAmp play list and played them all. I found

C:\Program Files\PestPatrol\CookieCrunch.wav

and renamed it "f----ing Boink Sound.wav".

Seems to work (so far).
